Where is my SkyArc Installation ID?
When you purchase a product that is tied to a SkyArc Installation (e.g. SkySpark, FinStack, stc...) you will be asked to enter your SkyArc License Number.
This can be found by logging onto your SkyArc application and visiting:
Host Project -> Licences Tab
The SkyArc License Number is the ID for the application.
Where is my SkyArc Organization ID?
When you purchase a product that is tied to a SkyArc Organization (e.g. SkySpark, FinStack, stc...) you will be asked to enter your SkyArc Organization ID.
This can be found by logging onto your SkyArc application and visiting:
Host Project -> Licences Tab
Your SkyArc Organization ID may be found by clicking the info icon.
Note: the ID is just the alpha-numerics with NO leading @ and NO dis part.
For example, the ID above is just XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX.
