The ALC connector requires access to a SU account in order to verify the license. Usually, the account "su" with sufficient credentials is created by default. If this is not the case, or this account has been deleted, you should be able to resolve this issue by creating an account with su permissions and naming it "su".

Thak you. That fixes the permission issue. I can now sync histories but I can't sync curVal for points without histories. When I run the bfitALCSyncCur function the curStatus still shows as uknown. Also when I setup a hisCollect on the point it does not collect any data.

Update. We now have an error on the point which we are trying to collect data on:

sys::Err: [ERROR]: Device is temporarily disabled. Check communications; Can not make /trees/geographic/#alessandro_administrative/#a11a_47/m008/present_value fresh. : Cache router has not received colors from module.

That is the error returned directly from the ALC system. It is not produced by the connector. You'll need to debug that within your ALC software.
